Surnames of Parents

I found this record and can make out the first names but no the surnames.
May I have some assistance reading them? Francesco is the father, Salvatore is the son and I can't make out the mother's names at all.

Father's surname: di Russo
Mother's surname: Ferrara; her first name looks like Minicarda, but I can't find that as proper name.
