Dated 6 November 1843 in Marineo
Before the official appeared Antonina Lo Ciccolo, 43, midwife residing in Marineo, to present a female child who she declared was born to Donna (title) Caterina Colianni, age 28, residing in Marineo; and to Don Benedetto d'Angelo, 26, middle class (civile), residing in Marineo, on the 5th day of the above month in the current year at 4 AM in their home. The child was given the name Cira.

The title is more honorific than noble.

The titles of Don and Donna were often given to people of high social standing within a town – relative to wealth, education, or political position and such. People such as property owners, priests, doctors, lawyers, for example.
