Dated 30 October 1897 in Grotteria
Appearing before the official was Maria Barillaro, 31, midwife residing in Grotteria, to declare that at 4:15 AM on the 26th of the current month, in the house in contrada Castania (no number), to Nunziata Belcastro, daughter of Giuseppe, farmer, wife of Domenico Napoli, son of Giuseppe, laborer residing in Grotteria, was born a female child who was presented to the official and given the name Caterina Napoli.
