I can't make it all out, but it looks like Emma was given up by her birth mother and placed with Eugenio Schiavi and his wife, and her surname was changed accordingly...

On 20 May 1883 (the month after her birth) Emma was recognized as his natural daughter by her father Eugenio Schiavi, and her surname was changed to Schiavi.
The second annotation states that her parents were married on 29 December 1886, and she became legitimate.
The third notation states that she married Augusto(?) Ambrogi in Cremona on 4 May (cannot read the year)
