The infant Joseph Esposito was born and baptized on 13 October 1892.
He was the son of Salvatore Esposito of Sant'Agnello di Napoli, and of Lucia Costanzo of Castellammare di Stabia di Napoli. Godparents were Vincenzo Esposito and Giovanna De Stefano.
