I know she was only 14. The mid & bottom portion of the publication are different than usual....Amilcare Costantino's name is where Antonia's would normally be in the mid and the bottom is saying something about this secreto reale...?

On the Act, at the top there is something going on with Doctor D'Aloia...?

I'd appreciate any help to understanding what I am missing.....Thanks!

What I am reading...
Amilcare Costantino was the proxy for Antonia's parents on the banns.
an authentic copy of the Decreto Reale dated 23March was presented under which the bride was dispensed from the impediment of age. Costantino presented the mandate of the parents which was notarized by Giuseppe Nicola De Vito.

The act states that a Certificate from the doctor explains that Antonia could not appear at the town office for the marriage due to arthritic pains. The marriage appears to have taken place in the house in " vicolo primo Municipale #12"
