help with birth record

HI, I have attached a link for a birth record for Gaetana Lovullo for ease of reading, upper left on the attachment. I was very certain she was born November 19, 1898 but could not find her. I did find her in the 1900 book but no info in the body of the record about date and time of birth, but alot of words below that I of course did not know, but it looked a bit different that the ones I am used to seeing. thanks again for the help

This is a late recording of the birth, authorized by the Court of Girgenti (now Agrigento).
On Dec 5 1900 Giuseppe Lo Vullo, 42 yo, declared that on 12 Dec 1894 his wife Rosaria Cabbone gave birth to a female baby named Gaetana.

Interesting that it took that long to get it recorded but don’t know what life was like. And birthdate we have so different! Thanks again!
