Help Interpreting Birth Certificate For Ignazia Campagna

Hello. Can someone please help me interpret the birth certificate for my great grandmother. Attached is the document and here is the link. Thanks in advance.

Ordinance Number 105, recorded on September 9, 1855 in Trabia, Palermo. Ignazia Campagna born September 8, 1855. Father is Antonio Campagna, age 36, peasant villager. Mother is Marianna Spitaleri, age 31.

I guess order, record or listing would be a better translation than "ordinance".

Actually, I was referring to my own translation of "ordine"!

But, yes, I think record is a good way to refer to it.

The originals are entries on pages of a ledger book.

The left side records the birth and the right side records the baptism which occurred on September 10th in the parish of Trabia.

The record continues on the next page which you didn't post.
