I am trying to decipher Enrica Avanzi's mother's surname in the 1869 birth act from the city of Bologna, #310 end of line 11 and beginning of line 12. Antenati, 1869 births, #310, page 172

I believe that the surname is Vagliani - found in Bologna.

This clerk sometimes makes very small letter "a" - hard to see, evidenced in the given name for the mother, Anna, and in Bologna a few lines above.

The surname Vaglini (without the "a") is found in the region, but not in Bologna today.
