Hello. I have found this record in the deaths archives. It is the family of my great grandfather. The moderators of this site have already helped me find his death certificate in 1882, so this record is confusing. From what I can gather, it is 30 December 1871, and while it says Leonardo fu Guiseppe, I read Pasquale as his father. I believe this is something that happened when he was around 36.
Would you be able to help me decipher what occurred?

Thank you very much.

Re: type of record
On the title page of this group of records you will see that this is a Cittadinanza record.
Cittadinanza are citizenship records. These are available in some regions. They state what town/country the person was from and how long they lived in this town. In this case it appears Leonardo was from Fiume and declared residence in Zoppola.

This one identifies Leonardo and his family, including his wife and children.
Leonardo Gambin, son of deceased Pasquale, 36, farmer
Wife: Anna Martin, daughter of Francesco, age 31(?)
Children: Domenico, 12; Lucia, 9: Michiel(?), 7; Regina, 3.
I believe that the "fu Giuseppe" in the margin is in error. In the body of the record Leonardo is the son of deceased Pasquale.
