Well, I've never tried translating records outside of Sicily, but I'll submit what I can read.

Date: In the year of our Lord 1623 on the 12th day of February

The child was born on the 11th day of February

I know it's not much, but there you go!

The record reads " ex familia Righi." Righi is still a surname in Torino. I don't know why there's an "o" in the surname in the margin.
