It looks like Giuseppe is 22, which would put his year of birth at 1847.1848.
Does it state he was born in San Marco?

It only states that he resides in Sammarco Argentano, but it does mention that his father resides in Sammarco.
And... in the ending paragraphs, it does not mention any other comune in which the publication was made.
So most likely, Giuseppe was born in Sammarco.
Yes, he is listed as age 22.
