I need help translating this birth of Paolo Paratuaro Basso on 24 Jan 1907 at Militello, Sicily, Italy

Possibly a brother as Gaetano Basso, with scratched out name as Paratuaro on ship arrival in 1906, was born to Salvatore Basso and Giuseppa Mangione in Militello on 7 Aug 1904.

Father is Angelo Basso Paraturaro (that is the spelling of the surname on the record, though I do not find it in Sicily - common surname is Paratore)
Mother is Concetta Dimaiuta - his wife.
Presentation by Lucia La Spina, 63yo midwife.
Date of birth - 24 January 1907 - presented on 25 January.
Child given the name ANGELO PAOLO
Both parents are peasant farmers residing in the town.
