The Father listed for Girolamo Diego Migliore or is it Diego Girolamo Migliore, has a differant surname shown ??

Also to note:
From what I can see on searches, the son above used Diego and not Girolamo on birth and death records of his children.

The word after the father's first name Diego is not a surname. It is the word defunto for deceased.
