Anyway, I wasn't aware that the distribution map was related to the old pagine bianche, as I personally never use it. I can kind of see where you and mmogno see the letter "d" in the surname, but I still see a washed out letter which seems to hang below the other letters in the surname. I don't think it's bleed through. In any case, I'd be more comfortable seeing the surname in a more legible record, if that's at all possible.
