Registered Rionero Sannitico on 18 June 1880
Appearing was Venanzio di Franco, son of the deceased Cosmo, 25 yo, a contadino, living this town. He reported that on 18 June 1880, at 4.30 am in the house in Casale Casabona, no number, from his legitimate wife, Carmela d’Vimenzo, daughter of Vincenzo, a contadina, living with him, was born a baby boy, who he presented to the official, and named the child Cosmo.

BTW: You have Tessa78 to thank for locating the marriage record which verified Carmela's surname to be "di Vincenzo".

Hi, just curious,,, the post address without a number on the birth record states Casale Casabona. I think Casabona is a village within Rionero Sannitico, but what is Casale?? wondering if anyone knew.

"Casale" is now meant as a farmhouse, but in 1800's was meant as a village that was part of a municipality (a hamlet)
