Hi There,
I am looking at become dual citizen for education and work! I am looking at my grandparents Alberico and Giovanna Testa and have found birth certificates through Benevento Commune. They were born in Ceppaloni and were married in 1922-24 but I do believe in September 1923. I am really struggling to find the paperwork online though and can't find an email address to the commune of Ceppaloni that doesn't bounce back straight away. Can anyone help me?
