Help Please Finding Birth Certificate in Palermo Region of Sicily

Truly hoping someone can help me find the birth certificate for my great grandpa Anthony Jacuzzo born in Cerda commune of Palermo, Sicily on I believe Sept 14, 1890. My grandma wasn't 100% sure on the year. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

It autocorrected the last name because they went by Jacuzzo in America but their true surname was Iacuzzo with an "i".

According to the marriage of Antonino's parents in 1887, his mother Concetta Alaimo was born in Villarea about 1865 (age 22 in 1887)
Perhaps we can find her birth act as well.
