I have located a reference to a marriage and need to examine the document.

This is a marginal reference from the 1879 birth act of Felicia Castellana found here:

In this document I cannot read the name of the street, #21 Via ??????
For what it's worth, documents for the birth of three offspring of this marriage are all recorded in uff.2
I have been advised that I could obtain a copy by "sending your own request to the municipal office of Palermo."
So, first I want to make sure that I make a request that can be fulfilled, meaning I need to capture ALL of the data present in the marginal notation, and to use it as the basis of an effectively-worded request. Those are the reasons for my posting in this forum.

The second part is to make sure that I send the request to the correct office. So, I am also seeking counsel regarding the address of the office to which I would send my request.
