Norbani maybe a town in Lazio relating to the name NORBA. So it may relate to a marriage in Norma 04010 (?) (latina) =Peter=

You cannot attach files to this forum (theoretically you could but it does not work). You should upload a .jpg or .gif file to imageshack, or any hoesting system and post here the related URL.
BTW. I got your file, and as anticipated by Peter Timber, norbano is an adjective meaning inhabitant of Norma (whose ancient name was Norba).

I think "conigui" refers to spouses.
