Ciau raga,
I would call up the NY consulate, but they aren't much help. I am translating my documents, but I am not sure how they want them to be.
Do I need to make an exact template via Microsoft Word of the document? Or do I need to scan the document and edit it by erasing all of the English and typing in the Italian so that they can see handwriting? Or does it even matter?
When it comes to answers, I don't need to translate adresses, signatures, and names right?
Much thanks for the help
How to Translate Documents?
Re: How to Translate Documents?
NY consulate has its own translators who will do translations for your paperworks, and I know there is nothing to pay.
So I guess you have not problems

Re: How to Translate Documents?
However, if you are able to translate yourself, NY does accept self translations. There are templates of translated documents posted on www.italiancitizenship.freeforums.org Many of the templates are from NYC, so you might want to take a look.
Re: How to Translate Documents?
Definitely, I downloaded all of them. Preciate it bud
