My family apparently descended from Etruscan gypsies. Does anyone know how to find more information on this group of people?

you will find no info as there is no "etruscan group of gypsies".
possible you mean gypsies from area of former Etruscan people?
pink area on 1st map. Etruscan have not any connection to gypsies!
