That is impossible, otherwise all male children of italians, born in foreign country and residing in foreign country, they would be enlisted also in Italy and I never found a similar thing... that instead it could be possible if a man born in foreign country from italian father, came back in Italy and registering the birth also in Italy, residing in Italy... that is possible.... but by my experience I can say that a very little number , registering also in Italy, the births of foreign country....Suanj, as first generation, he was probably considered Italian so he could fight for the Italian army.
