I tried to find another letter the same but could not in this record. I really doubt that it is a "J" since there is no "J" in Italian. I would think it is Ienco.

The surname is Ienco which does exist in SMCV. However, bear in mind that there were times when a letter j was used in place of an i , especially in the middle of the names-such as in the following surnames in my own ancestry
Baione (correct) but in some records was written as Bajone
Aldoino was in some records written as Aldojno
