Agnes Elizabeth Bellotti

Hi all,

I'm trying to lookup information on my Great Grandmother's parents and siblings but keep coming up short. I want to trace when they came to America and where from. Her name was Agnes Elizabeth Bellotti, born 13 Aug 1895 in New Jersey, and married my GGF Pasquale D'Errico in June 1912 in New Jersey. I have their names as Nichola Bellotti and Maddalena Chiurazzi(?). Beyond my GGM's info, I can't find any record of their existence, such as birth, marriage, death, immigration.... I'm also not sure of my GGGM's maiden name, as I also have it as Ricurazzi, and I've theorized it could even be Cannarozzi or something.

Any help?

I've also had the Bellotti named spelled several different ways such as Bilotti, Billotti, even Piloto.

Wow you guys are great.

That is the data for my Great Grandmother as she was commonly called Lizzie. This is good stuff.

I just need to figure out where Nicholas came from and what his wife's ACTUAL maiden name was.

The only census records I've found for my Great Grandmother are the ones where she is married to my Great Grandfather (name in census as Patsy Dericco).

It does seem like both could be plausible, though obviously each states they are widows so they can't both be right. Also, why would Frank Bellotti change his name to White?

Thanks Valarie; I am sure abt Nicholas Bellotti; the son, Frank, sure changed the surname; the daughter of Frank, is named Madalena, i believe as Frank's mother; in Italy was, in the past, most popular the first name of Maria Maddalena, so maybe, the Nicholas wife was just Maria Maddalena, shortly called in the census: Mary..
I cannot find the family in 1900 census; the Nicholas children was all born in NJ, so the family must be in 1900 census...!
