any possibility that those are two c's in the middle and not two r's. Could the first letter be a T and the surname be Taccone? I thought there was an r followed by a c in the name but can't find anything like that.
There is a surname Torrone but the second letter of the surname is definitely an "a, "in the record, so I eliminated that.
When I looked at this record and more specifically that surname, I wondered why I could not figure out the name. It wasn't written sloppily or hurriedly. I really thought someone would recognize the surname which I had not seen before. I didn't expect it to be this tough.
