When they arrived in 1909 (manifest below) they were leaving Vito's mother Maddalena in Montecorvino Pugliano, Salerno Province, Campania Region...

Wow thanks. I am stunned to come home from work and see all of this. My husband's grandmother will be so happy to have some of this info. She's 93 years old and knew her grandmother but never her last name or where she lived in Italy.
