German Genealogy Forum Link

I am wondering about the German Genealogy Forum link found on this page. It says the site might be for sale. Does anyone know of a good site for researching German genealogy if this one is unavailable? I have been trying to research my grandmother's family, who were originally from Czechoslovakia.
I found out they apparently mostly lived in Germany, so I was hoping I might have better luck there. I've found alot of people through my research in my tree, but haven't been able to find a single thing about this family. Does anyone have any ideas? Or would someone here be able to help find something if I add the family's information?

I'll be sure to check out that site. Are there others out there where I might have luck with the research? I wish this site did German Genealogy too. I've been able to learn so much about my fiancee's family through the people on this site.

Thank you very much for the sites. I will definitely check those out. I hope I'm able to find out information somehow about this branch of the family. It's frustrating to have found out about close to 20,000 people that are linked to my family when I began with around 40, but not be able to find a single thing about this part of it.

FOKO
and
GEDBAS.

FOKO ist short for "Forscherkontakte" meaning "Researcher Contacts".
GEDBAS is a GEDCOM-based database.

There are also old address books and more ... This should get you started.
