Looking for information on Caruso and Piccione

Does anyone have information on my ggf, Sebastiano Caruso? His dob is March 5 or 6, 1870. He was from the Pareguse, Sicily area and sailed to the U.S. in 1901, 1903, and 1913 according to Ellis Island records. He married Rosaria Piccione and it looks like she travelled to the U. S. with her father Giuseppe Piccione and a one year old infant son in 1903. I would like to find out his parents' names and if he had any siblings. I would also like to know where I can write to find out the date of their marriage. They ended up settling in Youngstown, Ohio and lived there the remainder of their lives. Any information about their family in Italy would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

It contains a SS# for Sebastiano...

You can request his SS application (SS-5) which should have the names of his parents and his place of birth. Once you establish his town of birth you can write to the comune (town) for his birth and marriage records.

Here is the image of the Birth Record in Pachino of Corrado Caruso, who was 4 years old when he arrived in US with his mother.
He was born on the 23 of August 1901, at 8 AM, to Sebastiano, 31, mason, and his wife Rosaria Piccione.
