Need help with another Birth Record, Please

Here is another birth record I could use some help on. The brother of Luigia Maria Crispino I just uploaded.

Here is what I have so far: Luigi Crispino
Father: Gennaro Crispino
Mother: Pacifica Maria Salletta

I think it is 1899 but cannot read the day and month. Could not read the address, or witnesses or anything else.

Looks like 1898 Oct 17 Luigi Crispino 38 farmer and Pacifica Maria Salletta farmer no age listed

Francisco (Blurred) ?? 66

Record is dated 17 October 1897 at 9 AM
The birth took place on the 16th of October at 6 PM
Address looks like "Via Laborfi(sp?/Lavorsi #3

Mother's maiden name is "Pacifico"

Witnesses look like Giuseppe Maretta, 38, landowner
and Francesco Boni, 66 - hard to read the occupation... "usciere" - doorkeeper/usher

Jerry,

By now you may have noticed the discrepancy in Gennaro's age with the two records.

On Maria Luigia's birth the record is VERY Clear that his age is 27...
On Luigi's birth record is definitely looks like "trentotto" (38), but could be "ventotto"...

Gennaro was born either in 1868 or 1869 so he was around 27/28.
