Do you have the rest of the record there probally other info on the side notes

A relative believes that Elizabeth Bofico probably was a weaver.

The attached file is the best view I have of the other side of the birth record. From what I see, Anna Domenica was baptized in the church of Santa Maria in Atri, Italy.

Elisabetta was a weaver... "tessatrice"
I see age 32 for both the mother and the father, not 22.

Child, Annadomenica, was born 28 June 1851 at 3 PM

Witnesses: Nicolo Martella (sp?), 40, peasant farmer; and Domenico della ????, 65, peasant farmer...
