Please help with translation of Birth and Death Records

Could someone help me translate these two documents? One is a birth record (lower left) of my husband's Grandfather Antonio Mastroianni and the second one is his greatgrandfather's Gennaro Mastroianni's death record (lower right).

Giovannantonio Mastroianni, aged 8 days, died 3 Jan 1910, son of Giuseppe and of Maria Raffaella Caracciolo

Thank you liviomoreno. We are a little confused. We thought the death record was for Gennaro Mastroianni age 60 but is for 8 day old Gennaroantonio Mastroianni? Are the parents related to Gennaro and Luigia Mastroianni?

btw the name on the death record is Giovannantonio, not Gennaro Antonio
