Surname: Ianni Ficorilli-Rieti, Lazio area

Greetings;

Through a family member in the Rieti area we learned of the names and some dates of my husband's father's family in the Rieti area.
My husband's grandparents were: Luigi Ianni Ficorilli-born: 27 May 1903 in Rieti, Lazio and he passed on: 6 April 1968 in Rieti, Lazio. His wife was: Anna Ciccalotti-born: 8 July 1906 also in Rieti and Passed: 20 July 1984 in Rieti.

We cannot find out when they were married and who their parents were-also if they had siblings.

The family member that got us the info we have goes to a University there and is quite busy with his studies.
I can't seem to get anywhere online looking for the info.

We would appreciate any help with this as I am trying to piece together our family histories. I have found out this is like a puzzle.

I am in search of the birth mother for a Rosa Ianni.
Rosa arrived in the U.S.A. 14 april, 1914 aboard s.s.celtic, age 27, with her two sons, Antonio quintiliani, 5yr and Carmelo quintiliani, 5 mo.
Rosa gives her mother's name as Gaetana. (Rosa's name on the manifest is either Yanni or Janni depending on which site one looks at.)
Rosa gives her birth place as casalvieri (frosinone, Lazio). She came to the U.S.A. to live in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband, Pasquale Quintiliani and he was born 20 sept, 1885 in Marino, Italy.
Rosa had more children once in the U.S. and her fourth born is Josephine. She will be 95 this year and has always wanted to know more about her mother's mother. Rosa's mother died when Rosa was born.

On her 1914 arrival manifest Rosa stated that her nearest relative in Italy was her mother Gaetana, so she was alive on 1914...

Sorry for the confusion. She had a step-mother. I don't know if that was who she referred to or are they asking about one's mother and she would give her birth mother. Thanks

Sorry, first time post and I guess I confused it with Ianni Ficorilli-Rieti, Lazio. I was looking to post simply under Ianni.
Rosa also had a step-mother and I don't know, when she said her mother was named Gaetana if she was referring to her birth mother or her step-mother. Thank you

She was referring to her nearest relative (living) in Italy, so possibly her step-mother..
