Phone Book Abbreviation: Help needed

I found a commercialista listing with the abbreviation "DR." after the name. Could someone tell me what DR. stands for? I've checked Italian abbreviation sites and not found anything.

Dr = Doctor(Dottore in italian); but not medical doctor; in this case, doctor (DR) = graduate
