Would someone please translate this birth record. It is for Anonino (I think) Montileone.
There is also handwriting under the name that I would be interested in knowing what it says if possible.

Notation: On 3 July 1906 there was a retification of the act, the surname of the mother is Piazzese and not Portolano…

Before the official appeared Francesco Montelione, 46, peasant farmer residing in S. Margherita, to declare that at 3:10 AM on the 31 of the last month, at the place in Via Ga???, to Francesca Portolano [corrected to Piazzese], his wife, living with him, was born a male child, who he presented and to whom was given the name ANTONINO.
