Records are dated Sept 5, 1891 at 8:30 a.m. in the town hall of Frigento. Both were born on the 4th, in the house at #25 Secondo Vico Speranzella, to Angelo Montecalvo, age 40, a cabman, and his wife, Lucia Russolillo.

Yes, you have twins, Dolores. The first one born at 3:15 P.M. on the 4th. The second one's hour of birth is cut off, but I see the P.M. and 15, so I am guessing the same time appears on that record.
