Decipher passanger info; Rasario Baiacchi

Passanger #15 Rosario Baiacchi (born 20 Aug 1897 in Montorio al Vomano, Teramo, Abruzzo, Italy) - Could someone help me decipher the "final destination" and "going to" information.
This info is confusing for me, i am trying to track him from his arrival in 1913 to 1920. I have these years where i don't know where he was before he ended up in Chester, PA in 1920.

I see final destination as "Uniontown, PA"
Going to "Uncle Angelo di Ulisse, Box 558, Uniontown, PA"

i see that now- i am terrible at reading cursive! I was making it out as Hinontown....lol

I still am blocked and dont understand this person.
