Birth record #7 for Michele Sarnese dated Jan 29, 1885 at 3:20 P.M. in the town hall of Carlantino
Appearing was Francesco Sarnese, age 27, a peasant/farmer, living in the town who reported that, at 1:15 P.M., on the 29th, in the house at #40 via la Croce, a male infant was born to his wife, Antonia Pace, who was living with him. It was this infant whom he was presenting and being given the name, Michele. Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Raffaele Perna, age 32, peasant/farmer, and Angelantonio Bozzutto, age 60, property owner. Both were town residents.
The official read the act aloud to all who intervened. The informant and witnesses were illiterate and did not sign it.
