Help with Death Record (1811)

Hi,

I believe this may be my 5x great grandfather (Giuseppe Florio - record on the left). Any help is translating would be appreciated.

Declarants: Giuseppe Florio, 26 years, and Pietro Florio, 28, both peasants, sons of the deceased, and living in this town.
Deceased: Giacomo Florio, 60 years, peasant, born in Noja, left his wife Natalizia Lamazza and two adult children
Giuseppe "Pippo" Moccaldi

Certificate requests and genealogical researches in Italy.
Translation of your (old) documents and letters.
Legal assistance in Italy for your Italian citizenship.

Giacomo's parents on the record are the deceased Pietro and deceased Maria Masotta.
