Translation

Post by tomtst »

I translated this using google translate and I would just like confirmation that I am correct because I am having trouble with some words.
It appears to be an obituary for Anna Sgueglia and her children would be
Gennaro, Robert, Charles, Joseph, Errico, Adele, Julia.

It appears the decesed is Signora Anna Sgueglia, who was a loving and examplary mother to her children.
The obituary offers condolences: "To our dearest friend Gennaro Sgueglia and to brothers Roberto, Carlo, Giuseppe, Errico, and sisters Adele and Giulia..."

A word by word translation:
Mourning
Thursday, 8 current, peacefully, as she lived, died Mrs Ana Sgueglia
Loving and exemplary mother, she spent her life in favour of the children she loved so much and who now weep bitterly.
Our deepest condolences to our dearest friend Gennaro Sgueglia and to (his) brothers Roberto, Carlo, Giuseppe, Errico, and (his) sisters Adele and Giulia.
