Dated 13 January 1907 at 9:10 AM at the town office.
Before the official, Mayor Domenico Lizzadro, official in Baragiano,
Appeared Gerardo Duca, 46, peasant farmer residing in Baragiano; and Rocco Leonardis, 57, peasant farmer residing in Baragiano, to declare that at 6:40 PM, yesterday [12th] at the place at Largo Santo Rocco, no number, died Nicola Perrotta, age 62, peasant farmer residing in Baragiano, born in Picerno to [deceased?] Francesco who resided in life in Baragiano , and to Carmina Fortunato who resided in Baragiano in her lifetime;
Husband of Maria Giuseppa Ciandella(?).
Witnesses to the record: Gerardo Volturo, 52, peasant farmer; and Francesco Falla, 31, landowner.
The witnesses signed with the official, the others were illiterate.
