No i dont think i have the 1902 manifest (Ellis island carries the record).
I just tried to look it up on Ellis Island but I'm encountering website errors.....
I see, so there's a possibility he was naturalized as a child.

From my notes (I dont have images of manifests), I see that Giuseppe Lise was recorded as a "non immigrant alien" when he traveled into the US from Europe in 1906 (Ellis Island record).

LOOKS like they settled in Manhattan before moving to New Rochelle, NY
Here is the 1905 NYS Census with them living on MacDougall St., Manhattan
Also on this census, you will see that Emma Lise indicates that she was born in Austria
She and the children have been in USA for 3 years (agrees with the manifest above)
Her husband, Antonio, a tile layer, has been in USA for 11 years.
Joseph (Giuseppe) was the oldest child, daughter Rita (Adolfia on manifest?), and son Alberto (Umberto on the manifest?)... all born in Italy.
