Slightly confused - index/record mismatch or what am I missing?

Hi All:

Still making good progress working backwards. Hit another snag today.

Looking at the death of Eleonora Rico. Wife of Giuseppe Venti.

It seems to me the index says her parents are: Giovanni Rico, Loretta Cutarella?

But the record says: Francesco Venti, Antonia Antonucci

What am I missing? I am sure it is my fault. I see both sets of names in the left margin, but was unable to get the translator site to make any sense of the words.

There is a correction in the margin of the record identifying the correct parents: Giovanni Rico and Loretta Cutarella

With the surname of Venti, I'm wondering if the parents listed are actually Giuseppe Venti's parents... I haven't found a birth or death record for him yet.. So I'm going to jot those down as possibilities!

Yes - that is what happened. Just found Giuseppe's death record. HIS parents were the ones originally listed on his spouse's death record. Interesting slip up.

The mother's given name is actually Loreta, not Loretta.
