My mother Angela Grace Pifer (maiden name - Shock)
was one of 5 children (Sharon Francis Shock , Charles Winston Shock & Angela Grace Shock .
as well as twin infant daughters that passed away
to Joseph Winston Shock & Mary Catherine (maiden name - Rose). (my grandparents)

I have been told that the MOTHER of
Mary Catherine (maiden name - Rose) Shock
may have a Maiden name SERIO,
was born in Sicily.
Immigrated From Italy to the USA when she was pregnant with Mary.
I have March 1, 1924 as a date of Birth for her.
She passed away according to social security death index
on September 21, 1991

She had a brother "Frankie" unknown if same father/ lastname
My Family tree stops at just my maternal grandmother

as i have no traceable/verifiable data to use
I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance


I am an adoptee that found a miracle on Dec. 12, 2014 after 27+ years searching
with only my mothers date of birth and description.
I found 2 half sisters and a half brother. sadly my mother had passed a year before i found them
PLEASE help me fill in the blanks.

Thank you , will have to do that. i forgot it was an avenue to search regarding her. i knew of the option in my adoption search but my adoptive parents had filled out my application. thank you for reminding me
