Appearing before the official was Francesco Visconti, 38, (will get back to you on the occupation), residing in Luino, to declare that at 11 PM on the 19th of the current month, at the place/house posted at Piazza Parrochiale #8, to Angela Ballinari, his wife, housewife residing with him, was born a female child who was not presented to the official and to whom was given the name IRMA ANNA LENA
Witnesses to the recording of the act were: Emilio Lucchini, 34, hairdresser; and Cesare Moalli, 44, shoemaker, both residing in the town.
The official dispensed with the presentation of the infant for reasons of health and accepted the father's statement of the birth as true.
All parties signed the record with the official.
