Sept 7, 1900-request for marriage publications to be made

Prospective Groom: Gennaro Cipriano, 28, peasant in Frigento
Parents: Vitantonio (Cipriano) age 60, and Caterina Cipriano, both peasants in the town

Prospective Bride: Margherita D’Avino, age 19, peasant
Parensts: deceased Sigismondo( D’Avino) and dec Teresa di Leo; they lived in Frigento when they were alive

Witnesses: Giacomo Testa, age 42, teacher; Vito Giovanniello, age 29, blacksmith

Since the parents of the bride were deceased, her maternal grandfather, Michele D’Avino, gave his consent (I think there is a mistake and it should read her paternal grandfather, but it says avo materno)

In the margin at right-first publication was on Sept 9th. It was replaced by the second publication on Sept 16th and that one remained in effect until the 20th. So the actual marriage was after the 20th.
