Looking for any links to my Grandpa Carmelo Anthony GIannini

For months I have been pulling my hair out looking for any links to my Grandfather Carmelo (Carmen) Anthony Giannini. He died at a young age. He was either born in Tuscany or Naples. For years I was told Tuscany then recently was told Naples (Not sure if my Aunt is not remembering at his point). I retrieved his marriage certificate to my grandmother in Boston, MA in 1929. His parents are on it: Peter (Pietro) Giannini and Philomena Monda. I hope I can run into another relative who can help!

I have hit a brick wall in my research of my maternal grandmother Edvige "Cacciotti" Sindici. She was born and lived in Maenza, Italy until coming to US in 1913 at age 22. As shown on her marriage certificate her mother was Stella Valle (last part is blur) I would like to know more about her family. She had 2 sisters. I did visit her home in 1913, but was rushed for time to discover anything further.
