need help with death translation

Lucio Bora' number 5. I cant make out the names of people and dates. My italian isn't that great but would appreciate the help if possible.

Yes, the script is very difficult to read accurately...
Here is what I see =

Dated 17 January 1869 at 4 PM before the official ....appeared Giuseppe Marzullo, age 42, and Paolo Faliti(?) son of deceased Antonio, age 36, both peasant farmers residing in quartiere del Confento, to declare that yesterday at 4 PM died Lucio Bora, age 75, widower of Carmela Lauria(sp?), public scribe/or servant(?), son of Giuseppe and of Ninfa Fonti(?), residing as above.
The official read the present act to all but only he signed as the others were illiterate.

Carmela's surname was Laura' (which is found in the town). I agree that Ninfa's surname was Fonti
