I can make out what I think is him dying Aug 15 1895 and I am unsure who all the people mentioned are.

Thank you so very much, this is my family, I wonder if this is why they left Italy, so many of their children did not survive, I do know that they ended up adopting a baby named Cerro and brought him to the US
