Surname of deceased wife is possibly Caltagirone.
Recorded on 12 June but died ieri (yesterday) so died 11 July. The rest looks good. Well done. I have never seen the name given name "Pompa" before but that is what it looks like to me as well. I'll have check though and come back if it may be different.
Pompea is the feminine version of Pompeo. I guess this is either a variant of that or a typo. The name Laurea became Laura (and Lauria), so why not Pompea to Pompa?
